Reverse contrast is weird
«Raro» is indeed the word used in Spanish to mean «weird» or «strange» but it also means «rare». Just like that, this typeface is both peculiar and uncommon. Reverse contrast is not a super common approach in typography, but it can produce interesting and innovative results. Ideally, these fonts are intended for display purposes in unconventional typographic compositions. However, today we see them more and more in packaging, content, and branding.
